Our computer generated narrative report is usually 20-40 pages. We can print a summary on site and will either email copies or post them on this site for viewing and/or printing the following day.

Customer Service and Pride
American Pride's obligation to the customer does not end when we leave the inspection. For your convenience we are usually available from 8AM to 8PM seven days a week.
For most people, real estate is their biggest investment. For this reason, we encourage the buyer to be present during the inspection and to participate by asking questions of the inspector. We are aware that unfortunately anyone with a truck, ladder and flashlight can call himself a home inspector.
